DELIVERY POLICY
- Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for all products subjected to availability, promotions and offers.
- We take extensive precautions on the safety of the products and its packaging while dispatching it.
- If the shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.
- If the order is updated as delivered but the user has not received the order, the same has to be intimated to the customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
- For all claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. 3 working days are required to investigate and review your request. If any shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.
- In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your account or as Loyalty Points.
- We are not responsible for damages post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.
- We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time if so warranted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before order dispatch
If your order, or the items that you want to cancel in your order, have not been shipped yet, you may visit the ‘My Orders’ section on the website to cancel the order.
Alternatively, you can contact our customer care on WhatsApp at 07669320909 or Email : support@thenewrevolution.in to request an order cancellation. In such situations, the order will be canceled and the paid amount in case of prepaid orders, will be refunded to you as per our Refunds Policy.
Cancellation after order dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- Discount vouchers are intended for single use only and will be considered used even if you cancel the order.
- If you used loyalty points to place an order, they will be returned to your account if you cancel the order.
- If you want to return or cancel an order, the refund process will begin after we receive the product and verify its condition and packaging.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- The New Revolution’s products are non-returnable due to the nature of the products as personal care/wellness/consumables.
- If you would like a refund or replacement, please send an email with pictures of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number to support@thenewrevolution.in or WhatsApp at 07669320909 within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will respond within 48-72 hours.
- Please include a picture of the damaged or tampered side of the product or package.
- It may take 10-15 days for your request to be processed from the day you return the package. We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.
- You are eligible for a full refund or exchange without any additional charges if the package:
– has missing accessories,
– has damaged or broken bottles/pack,
– contains the wrong product,
– or has expired product. - If you received the wrong product, please keep it safe, saleable, and undamaged in its original packaging. Keep the invoice and original manufacturer’s packaging for successful pickup and return.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product:
– is damaged after delivery,
– does not have an invoice,
– has a tampered batch number and price,
– does not have its original packaging,
– has been used or altered,
– or if the request is made after 24 hours of receiving the order. - Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.
- If you received a pilfered delivery, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Products will not be eligible for a refund if sufficient information is not provided about the case, or if snapshots of the invoice, packet, and box (if applicable) are not provided.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered under our exchange/return policy. Exchange or refund is not applicable for orders of festive gift boxes or due to allergic reactions.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Before issuing a refund or replacement for a damaged or defective product, we may need to contact you to assess the issue.
Refunds will be provided through bank transfers only, not in cash. It may take our team 5 to 7 business days after initiating the refund to process an online refund.
For NEFT transactions, it may take us 3 to 5 business days after initiating the refund to process the refund. If the original payment was made through a prepaid account, the refund will be credited to that account. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

FAIR USAGE POLICY
We strive to provide a positive experience for all of our users, but in order to serve our customers effectively, we may need to implement strict policies.
While the majority of our customers have legitimate concerns and we are always willing to help, we have noticed that some accounts abuse our liberal return and exchange policies.
These accounts may return items, refuse shipments, or request cash refunds for issues that are not our responsibility. This can prevent other customers from purchasing these products, and so our customer care team reserves the right to evaluate each situation and take appropriate action as needed.
IMPAIRMENT & DAMAGES
We take great care in ensuring that our products are of high quality and properly packaged before shipping.
However, if you receive incomplete, defective, or damaged items from an order placed directly through our website, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To assist with the issue please do not use the products, take photos of the products, and keep a copy of the invoice.
If the order was placed through an online marketplace, please contact the customer service team for the marketplace to address the issue. The New Revolution is not responsible for any damages in these cases.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at the item level, and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full, including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products that came along with it.
How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund os approved, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back in your reward points, which can be used during future purchases and have a validity of 1 year.

Any complaints related to product/delivery should be brought to our notice within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
